Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I’m honored to walk with you as you take it. I’ve spent years working with teens and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, faith questions, and the pressure to “have everything figured out.” My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly seen.

I became a therapist because of my own mental health journey. I know firsthand the healing that can come from sitting with a compassionate therapist and doing the hard but hopeful work of growth. That experience fuels my passion to offer the same support and understanding to others.

One of my greatest joys is connecting with clients and helping them feel loved, valued, and understood. My sweet spot is working with teens who are wrestling with identity, faith, or the struggle to live in the freedom God created them for. I believe Jesus meets us in the depths of our mental health struggles and has given us the gift of effective therapy and modern medicine to help us heal.

If you’re comfortable with it, I also love bringing my chubby corgi, Skippy, to the office. Animals bring comfort and ease, and Skippy has a special way of brightening the room.

Outside the therapy room, you can find me serving students at my church, cooking meals for my “Delightfully choosy” husband, going on neighborhood walks, and spending time with my community.

What it’s like to work with me: I am patient, gentle, and offer unconditional positive regard. You never have to worry about saying the “right” thing; this is a space where you can be honest, messy, hopeful, unsure, and fully yourself.

“I believe people don’t heal in isolation; they heal in connection. You don’t have to walk this journey alone.”

If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out for a consultation. I’d love to see if we’re a good fit.
